Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, July 2024 – Simone Marrone has taken on a new role as Head of People & Culture at Maxima Group. In this capacity, Simone will lead initiatives to enhance workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall people strategy.
Simone Marrone has been with Maxima Group for over two years. Before this promotion, he served as the National People and Culture Manager and People and Culture Manager – NDIS, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing national people operations and implementing NDIS-related people strategies.
Prior to joining Maxima Group, Simone was a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Resthaven Incorporated, where he excelled in partnering with business leaders to drive HR strategies. At Cara Inc, he held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Manager (Parental Leave Contract), and Human Resources Advisor, showcasing his versatility and expertise in human resources management.
Simone’s career also includes experience at ECH Inc. as a Human Resources Advisor and Generalist, where he contributed to key HR functions and recruitment processes. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Recruitment Officer and Recruitment Support Officer at ECH Inc., gaining valuable experience in talent acquisition and support.
He also has a strong background in customer service and administration, having worked at Coles Group as a Supervisor/Customer Service Assistant and CSSP Pty Ltd as a Customer Service Assistant and Administrative Assistant. His journey began at Afiatta Recruitment as a Recruitment Assistant.
