United Kingdom, November 2025 – Sinead Hall has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at Flutter Entertainment, joining the global online sports betting and gaming leader at a time of rapid expansion and organisational evolution. Known for her ability to drive people-first transformation and lead HR strategy across multi-regional environments, she brings a rich blend of experience in people development, HR operations and organisational culture building.
In her most recent professional assignment, Sinead operated as a senior HR leader providing strategic HR support across the United Kingdom. During this period, she focused on strengthening people strategy, building scalable HR processes, and advising business leaders on organisational alignment, performance, and engagement. Her work sharpened her ability to quickly assess organisational needs and create inclusive, high-impact HR solutions.
Prior to this, Sinead made significant contributions at Evolved Search, where she served as Head of People. Over more than three years, she played a pivotal role in aligning the company’s five-year business strategy with a forward-looking HR & Development roadmap. She drove initiatives such as HRIS implementation, succession planning, employer brand development, wellbeing strategies, eNPS and voice-of-employee programs, values and behaviours evolution, and major cultural enhancements. Under her leadership, the organisation achieved multiple recognitions, including GPTW – 1st Place Best Workplace for Women UK 2023.
Before her achievements at Evolved Search, Sinead held a senior HR leadership role at END., serving as ER & Operational HR Lead. During her tenure, she supported large-scale organisational growth, expanding the workforce significantly while leading HR operations across multiple UK locations. She played a central role in recruitment, employee relations, HR process development, policy creation, and opening new flagship stores and tech offices across the country. Her impact included implementing the first full HR infrastructure for the business, covering HRIS, ATS, performance management and talent systems.
Earlier in her career, Sinead gained international and multi-sector experience through senior roles at HYTORC, The Protector Group, AccessLine Communications, and other organisations where she contributed to HR transformation, global labour law support, talent acquisition, compensation design, HR operations management and major organisational development projects.
