United Kingdom, November 2025 – Sinead Hall has taken on a significant new role as Head of Human Resources at Flutter Entertainment, marking an important step in her accomplished HR leadership journey. In this role, she joins the global gaming and entertainment powerhouse at a pivotal time, bringing with her a strong track record in people strategy, cultural transformation and employee experience across diverse international environments.
Sinead’s most recent experience includes her impactful tenure as a Freelance HR Director at EmpowHR, where she spent more than a year partnering with organisations in the United Kingdom on people strategy, HR transformation and leadership advisory. Her consulting work further strengthened her ability to quickly diagnose organisational challenges and build people-centric solutions across fast-changing business contexts.
Prior to this, Sinead played an influential role at Turnitin, serving as Director, People Partnerships & Employee Relations, EMEA. Over several months, she championed a people-first culture across multiple regions, including EMEA, UAE, UK and Australia. Her experience leading complex employee relations, cross-regional HR alignment and organisational development efforts contributed to elevating engagement and strengthening operational consistency across markets.
Before joining Turnitin, Sinead served as Chief People Officer at Team RH, where she led large-scale cultural and organisational transformation. Her contributions included implementing innovative HR strategies, driving data-led engagement initiatives such as eNPS improvements, redesigning organisational structures, strengthening employer brand initiatives, and shaping an inclusive and high-performance culture. Her work positioned the company strongly for sustained growth while ensuring a thriving employee environment.
Earlier, Sinead held the position of Chief People Officer at durhamlane, where she collaborated closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a people strategy that enhanced business performance. She introduced targeted recruitment and retention efforts, secured strategic training partnerships, redesigned organisational values, implemented performance management systems, and led initiatives that significantly uplifted engagement and cultural alignment. Her previous experiences also include senior HR roles at Evolved Search, END., HYTORC, and The Protector Group, where she contributed to HR transformation, employee relations, people development, HRIS implementation, and large-scale HR operations across multi-regional locations.
