Before joining Propel Industries Private Limited, Sivakumar served at Vandewiele-Savio India Private Limited for approximately 6 years and 8 months as the Head of Human Resources. In this role, he managed human resources, employee engagement, and various other HR functions, contributing to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.

Prior to Vandewiele-Savio, Sivakumar worked at Alstom for approximately 6 years and 5 months as the Site Human Resources Manager. He was responsible for industrial relations, union management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and training and development. His role at Alstom showcased his ability to handle complex HR functions and foster a positive work environment.

Sivakumar’s career also includes a significant tenure at Rane Group as a Senior Executive Human Resources for approximately 1 year and 2 months. He played a pivotal role in HR generalist functions, training of employees, recruitment, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, he worked at Lgb Forge Limited – India as a Human Resources Officer for approximately 3 years and 1 month, where he was instrumental in managing HR operations and employee engagement.
