Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, October 2025 – Aspen Pharma Group, a leading global specialty and branded pharmaceutical company, has announced the appointment of Siwe Sibeko as Head of Human Capital – Aspen Holdings. In her new role, Siwe will lead the organization’s human capital strategy for the Holdings division, driving talent transformation, culture development, and people-centric business integration across Aspen’s global footprint.
Siwe Sibeko brings nearly 15 years of experience in human capital leadership, organizational development, and change management, with a proven record of shaping inclusive cultures and driving people transformation across industries.
Before joining Aspen, Siwe served as HR Manager – Organizational Development at Edward Snell & Co., where she focused on leadership capability building, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Her work emphasized aligning people strategy with long-term business growth and fostering a culture of learning and performance.
Earlier, she held the position of Senior Agile Adoption Specialist at ShopriteX, where she led enterprise-level change initiatives and agile transformations, enhancing team collaboration and digital adaptability. Her efforts helped accelerate organizational agility within one of South Africa’s largest retail innovation hubs.
Previously, Siwe worked with Shell as HR Consultant – People & Culture, where she led large-scale change management programs, talent strategies, and cultural transformation initiatives across diverse business units. Her role included designing targeted change plans, developing leader capabilities, and embedding a high-performance culture across the organization.
Her earlier career includes progressive HR leadership roles at Smollan Group, where she served as Business Unit HR Head, Change Manager, and HR Manager. During her time there, she played a key role in implementing HR systems, talent pipelines, and employee engagement frameworks while leading compliance and workforce planning initiatives. Siwe began her career in HR operations at Kuehne + Nagel and DAV Professional Placement Group, gaining foundational experience in recruitment, training, and organizational support.
