Sneha Arora Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Zepto

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Zepto has appointed Sneha Arora as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 15 years of experience across leading organizations, Sneha brings proven expertise in driving HR innovation, scaling people-first cultures, and aligning organizational growth with employee engagement and leadership development. At Zepto, she will lead people and culture initiatives, oversee talent development, and strengthen the company’s employee engagement practices, ensuring the organization continues to scale sustainably while fostering innovation and inclusion.

Before joining Zepto, Sneha served as CHRO at Simpl, where she collaborated closely with the leadership team to drive organizational transformation and scale operations. Her leadership was pivotal in building strong cultural foundations and aligning HR strategy with the company’s rapid business growth.

Earlier, as Vice President of Human Resources at Myntra, she led several strategic initiatives that earned the company recognition among India’s Top 100 Great Places to Work in 2021. She championed diversity and inclusion by pioneering initiatives such as medical insurance for same-sex partners and gender affirmation surgery, while also enhancing performance management and leadership development programs.

Prior to her time at Myntra, Sneha worked with SAP, where she held roles as Director HR and Senior HRBP Consultant, partnering with leadership teams across APJ for Technology & Innovation and Intelligent Enterprise Group Board Areas. She was also Country HR Leader for SAP Ariba Technologies India, managing people strategies for large-scale operations.

Her career began with leadership roles at Flipkart and Texas Instruments, where she focused on designing employee engagement strategies, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning. Sneha is a postgraduate in Human Resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and has been recognized by People Matters, CII, ObserveNow, and HRAI for her excellence in HR leadership.
