Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, August 2024 – CRED has announced the appointment of Sneha Bathwal as the new Talent Acquisition Leader. In this role, Sneha will be instrumental in driving CRED’s talent acquisition strategy, helping to build and nurture the company’s workforce to support its growth and innovation.
Prior to joining CRED, Sneha served as Director of Talent Acquisition at InMobi for over six years, where she was responsible for overseeing global talent acquisition strategies and employer branding. She played a key role in scaling the company’s talent pool, aligning it with the organization’s global expansion goals.
Before her tenure at InMobi, Sneha was Talent Acquisition Lead for India (Leadership Hiring) at Ola for approximately one year, contributing significantly to Ola’s rapid scaling in the Indian market.
Sneha also held the position of Associate Director at Basil Advisors for nearly a year, where she led leadership searches across product and engineering roles. Her earlier career includes roles such as Consultant at People Connect and Key Account Manager at Quadrangle, showcasing her deep experience in talent management across multiple industries.
