Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Snigdha Anand has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing at Mamaearth, following a successful three-year journey building and scaling prominent D2C brands within the Honasa Consumer family. In her new role, she will lead end-to-end marketing for Mamaearth, a brand widely recognized for its toxin-free and parent-first approach to personal care.
During her time as Vice President, Marketing, Snigdha spearheaded the remarkable 100 Cr to 500 Cr growth journey for The Derma Co in just two years, and led a 5X scale-up of BBlunt, demonstrating her ability to drive brand growth and consumer engagement at scale. Her sharp consumer understanding and strategic execution have been central to Honasa’s portfolio success.
Prior to joining Mamaearth, Snigdha spent over 8 years at Unilever, where she held a range of strategic roles including Senior Brand Manager for Surf Excel, National Project Lead for Sales Strategy, and Area Sales Manager for the FnR category. She was consistently recognized for her business impact, including leading a 200 Cr portfolio with a 3-year CAGR of 17% and receiving multiple performance accolades.
Earlier in her career, she contributed to brand transformations at Unilever Sri Lanka, where she turned around the growth trajectory of Laojee Tea, and also gained valuable insights as a marketing intern at Godrej Consumer Products. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, where she was ranked among the top 10% and was awarded the prestigious Charpak Scholarship to study at NEOMA Business School, France.
