Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, March 2026 – Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited has appointed Vinod Gopishetty as Head – Talent Acquisition (Manufacturing, R&D, Corporate), strengthening its leadership as the company continues to scale its global operations and innovation-driven growth.
In this role, Gopishetty will lead talent acquisition strategies across Manufacturing, R&D, and Corporate functions, overseeing hiring across multiple locations in India and global regions. He will focus on strengthening recruitment frameworks for API, OSD, Injectable, and Herbal business units, while enhancing employer branding and driving efficient, scalable hiring processes across key locations including Ahmedabad, Jammu, and Udaipur.
Prior to joining Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Gopishetty served as Head – Talent Acquisition at Biological E. Limited, where he led enterprise-wide hiring strategies and built strong talent pipelines to support the organization’s growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
Earlier, he worked as Senior Process Lead at Arcolab Private Limited, where he led leadership hiring and talent acquisition for Strides Pharma and its group companies, driving strategic hiring initiatives across business units.
Before that, he spent nearly five years at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring), managing recruitment for R&D, manufacturing, corporate functions, and branded generics sales, with a focus on senior leadership roles across diverse business segments.
Gopishetty also held roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., where he led talent acquisition for R&D centers, and at Mylan Laboratories Limited, where he served as HR Business Partner and led global and senior-level hiring initiatives across multiple functions.
His early career includes HR roles at GVK Biosciences Pvt. Ltd., Ma Foi Management Consultants, and ICICI Bank, where he built foundational expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and consulting.
With over two decades of experience, Gopishetty brings deep expertise in strategic hiring, leadership recruitment, employer branding, and HR business partnering, positioning him to drive talent excellence at Cadila Pharmaceuticals.
