Soni brings extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic management, making her a valuable addition to the Amneal team. In her new role, she will oversee HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Soni Cassidy joins Amneal Pharmaceuticals from Catalent Pharma Solutions, where she served as the HR Director, Global Corporate Functions from January 2014 to March 2024. During her decade-long tenure, Soni led strategic HR initiatives, managed global corporate functions, and played a crucial role in change management and workforce planning.
Prior to Catalent, Soni was the Director of Human Resources at Mylan Specialty from February 2009 to December 2013. In this role, she demonstrated strong leadership in strategic HR management and change initiatives, ensuring confidentiality and effective talent management.
Before Mylan, Soni spent over five years at Sanofi in various roles, including Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, and Manager of Human Resources. Her tenure at Sanofi, which began with Aventis, showcased her expertise in managing HR operations, strategic planning, and employee relations.
Soni’s earlier experience includes a significant role as a Human Resources Generalist/Organization Development at MasterCard from September 1995 to August 2000. Her work at MasterCard laid the foundation for her expertise in organizational development and strategic HR management.
