Sonia also served as VP of Human Resources at Apollomics, leading HR transformation and workforce development. Additionally, she held key HR leadership roles at VVDN Technologies, Elation Health, and Uniformity Labs, where she focused on executive talent acquisition, compensation strategies, and organizational effectiveness.
Her extensive experience includes serving as Chief People, Culture, and Diversity Officer at Oportun and Leader of Talent Strategy at Juniper Networks, where she led global talent acquisition, leadership development, and HR operations. She also held senior HR leadership positions at Align Technology, Agilent Technologies, and Cadence Design Systems, where she played a pivotal role in HR strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development.
With her proven expertise in HR leadership, talent strategy, and organizational transformation, Sonia’s appointment at Vance Brown, Inc. is set to drive HR excellence and enhance workforce engagement within the organization.
