New Delhi, India – June 2026 — Spice Money has appointed Nitin Sachdeva as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In his new role, Sachdeva will lead the company’s people strategy, talent agenda, organizational effectiveness initiatives, leadership development, employee experience, culture transformation, and workforce capability-building efforts as Spice Money continues to expand its footprint across rural and semi-urban India.
Sachdeva brings nearly two decades of experience spanning human resources leadership, talent acquisition, talent management, employer branding, learning and development, HR business partnering, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.
Prior to joining Spice Money, he served as Head – HR Business Partnering at BharatPe. Before that, he held the position of Director Talent – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employer Brand, where he led talent strategy, employer branding initiatives, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent management programs.
Earlier, Sachdeva served as Associate Director – HR Head, Preethi Kitchen Appliances at Philips Domestic Appliances, where he was responsible for people priorities across the Preethi business while also overseeing HR operations and shared services. He partnered closely with business leaders across innovation, manufacturing, commercial operations, and support functions while driving employee experience and organizational capability initiatives.
Prior to that, he spent nearly six years with Philips, holding multiple leadership positions including HR Head – Preethi Kitchen Appliances, Learning Lead and HR Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and HR Business Partner. During this period, he supported talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, learning initiatives, HR operations, and business partnering across consumer and commercial businesses.
Before joining Philips, Sachdeva worked with CNN-News18 as Deputy Manager – Human Resources, where he managed recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning initiatives, internal communication, and HR operations.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Scale II Officer with UCO Bank, completed a summer internship with HPCL, and began his professional journey as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys.
Throughout his career, Sachdeva has developed expertise across talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, HR business partnering, employee engagement, organizational culture, employer branding, workforce planning, and HR transformation.
Sachdeva began his professional career after working as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys and later transitioned into human resources leadership through roles across banking, media, consumer products, fintech, and technology organizations.
