Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 — Sreekumar Kadavath has been promoted to Vice President, HR at Broadridge India. In this elevated role, he will spearhead the organization’s people strategy, drive HR transformation, and continue strengthening associate experience for its rapidly growing workforce in India.
Before this promotion, Sreekumar served as AVP and Head – HR Shared Services at Broadridge India, where he built and led the HR Shared Services hub from the ground up, transforming service delivery for over 5,500 associates. He was also a key member of the India HR Leadership team, driving innovation and people strategy.
Earlier, he spent more than 16 years at Dell Technologies, holding diverse HR leadership roles. As HR Consultant (Regional HR Site Leader), he managed HR site strategy for Bangalore locations, supporting a workforce of 16,000 while influencing enterprise-wide innovation as part of the India Leadership Council. Prior to this, as Senior HR Advisor (Regional Business Consultation Partner), he partnered with business leaders across Sales, IT, and Engineering, driving global change programs, M&A integrations, and leadership development initiatives.
His earlier tenure at Dell included roles as HR Advisor (Employee Relations Partner), HR Services Supervisor, HR Services Senior Analyst, and HR Generalist, where he led HR operations, large-scale transitions, and M&A integrations. He began his HR career with Genius HRTech Limited as a Senior Executive in HR Outsourcing Operations, gaining early exposure to payroll management, compliance, and HR operations.
Sreekumar holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, equipping him with advanced HR leadership and strategic management expertise.
