Phnom Penh, Cambodia, May 2024 – Sreyvoat Vat has been appointed to the position of Head, Human Capital Management at Prince Bank Plc. With over five years of dedicated service at Prince Bank Plc., Sreyvoat has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision in various HR roles, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Sreyvoat’s most recent role was as Head of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management from May 2023 to May 2024. In this position, she was responsible for overseeing talent management, recruitment processes, and performance management, ensuring that the company attracted and retained top talent to support its growth objectives.
Before that, she served as Head, HRBP and Performance Management from April 2020 to May 2023. Sreyvoat managed HR business partnerships and performance management, focusing on employee relations, strategic human resource planning, and enhancing workforce productivity.
From December 2018 to March 2020, Sreyvoat held the role of Head, Recruitment and Talent Management. In this capacity, she led the recruitment and talent management initiatives, managing HR operations, people planning, and succession planning to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality talent.
Earlier, At Amret MFI, Sreyvoat served as Deputy Head, Human Resources from August 2018 to December 2018, overseeing compensation and benefits, HR budgeting, performance management, and employer branding. Prior to that, she was Deputy Head, Human Resources from July 2017 to August 2018, focusing on recruitment, career management, and HR business partnership.
Sreyvoat’s earlier experience includes her role as Manager, Recruitment and Job Management and HR Business Partner for Finance Division at Amret MFI from April 2015 to July 2017, and Head of Recruitment and Employee Relations at Canadia Bank from April 2014 to March 2015. She also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ANZ from October 2011 to April 2014 and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Great Alliances Co., Ltd. from June 2009 to October 2011.
