Sridhar Narayan Appointed Chief Business Officer at Perfios

Sridhar Narayan has joined Perfios, a leader in the fintech software industry, as its new Chief Business Officer. Effective March 2024, Narayan has taken up the mantle in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with the mission to leverage Perfios’ innovative capabilities for both domestic and international expansion.

Narayan brings to Perfios a robust portfolio of experience, having excelled in senior roles across the technology and financial services sectors. Before joining Perfios, Narayan was a key figure at Adobe, where he served as Head of BFSI from January 2022 to April 2024. His leadership was instrumental in driving Adobe’s growth and market position in the BFSI sector in the Bengaluru area.

Prior to his tenure at Adobe, Narayan was deeply involved in sales leadership and strategy at Microsoft for over a decade. His roles included Sales Excellence Lead for India Services Business and Sales Director, where he managed a team dedicated to consulting, strategy, and support across India. Narayan’s strategic approach and leadership significantly contributed to Microsoft’s success in the region.

Narayan’s career is distinguished not only by his tenure at global giants like Adobe and Microsoft but also by his impactful contributions at IBM India Pvt Limited as a Sales Manager. His achievements in business development and customer satisfaction have been recognized with multiple awards for exceptional sales and leadership.

As Chief Business Officer at Perfios, Narayan’s primary focus is on aligning the company’s business strategy with market opportunities, driving business outcomes, and fostering collaboration across executive roles. His appointment is expected to propel Perfios to new heights of success, particularly in innovation and customer-centric solutions.
