With over two decades of cross-industry leadership, Srinath brings deep expertise in technology strategy, operational excellence, and organizational transformation. His role at Nexval will focus on scaling IT services, optimizing performance, and fostering innovation across business units.
Before his current role, Srinath served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Simple Energy, where he led HR transformation for the fast-growing electric mobility company. He also held dual roles as CHRO at Nexaei Colab and CHRO at Nexval Group, where he spearheaded digital HR transformation, people strategy, and culture-building initiatives that earned recognition from Forbes and the World HRD Congress.
Earlier, Srinath held senior leadership roles at Theorem Inc., Tulip Telecom, Capgemini, Srei BNP Paribas, and Tech Mahindra, where he pioneered HR automation, employee engagement, and capability development across large-scale enterprises. His work has been recognized for bridging people and technology to create measurable business impact.
