Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has announced the appointment of Sriram Kumar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 1, 2025. With this leadership transition, the company strengthens its finance function under a seasoned leader with a deep background in investment, corporate finance, and strategic financial management.
Sriram has been associated with Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. as Vice President – FP&A, Costing, and Investor Relations, where he played a key role in driving financial planning, investor engagement, and cost optimization. Before this, he was part of the Partnerships and Alliances division at Mahindra Group, where he led strategic collaborations and financial initiatives across group entities, reinforcing business synergies and operational performance.
Prior to joining the Mahindra Group, Sriram spent over 15 years with Goldman Sachs, where he held leadership positions in both the Principal Investment Area and Investment Banking divisions across India and the United States. His tenure at Goldman Sachs was marked by his work in private equity investments, portfolio monitoring, and strategic financial advisory. He began his career at Irevna (Crisil) as a Research Analyst, gaining foundational experience in financial analysis and valuation.
An accomplished finance professional, Sriram’s expertise spans capital strategy, M&A, investment structuring, and performance management. His appointment underscores Mahindra Lifespaces’ commitment to building a robust and agile finance organization capable of driving growth, governance, and value creation in the evolving real estate sector.
