New Delhi, Delhi, India, April 2025 — Sriram Padmanabhan has been appointed as Head – Healthcare Business at Dabur India Limited, taking on the responsibility of leading one of the company’s most pivotal and high-growth verticals. Bringing over 21 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategic planning, and P&L management, Sriram’s appointment signals Dabur’s continued focus on consumer-centric innovation and expansion in the healthcare segment.
Prior to this appointment, Sriram served as Marketing Director at Danone India, where he also held a position on the Board of Directors. At Danone, he played a key role in building brand equity and accelerating growth across nutrition categories. Before Danone, he was associated with Abbott Nutrition, where he led the adult nutrition portfolio and contributed significantly to portfolio strategy across age-specific nutrition needs.
Earlier in his career, Sriram held several leadership roles at GSK Consumer Healthcare, including General Manager for the India Subcontinent and Category Manager for iconic brands like Horlicks and Boost. His contributions included launching new innovations, rebranding initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams across South Asia. Sriram also gained rich marketing experience with Kimberly-Clark Lever, Times Internet, and Dabur Foods Limited, where he launched Real Twist and led the Hommade culinary range.
An electronics and communication engineering graduate from MD University and an alumnus of MDI Gurgaon, Sriram brings a combination of analytical rigour and brand-building expertise. His return to Dabur marks a full-circle moment in his career, with a renewed mandate to scale its healthcare portfolio through purpose-led strategies and sustainable growth models.
