Omaha, Nebraska, United States, October 2025 — Heritage Communities, a leading senior living organization built on compassion, trust, respect, and fun, has announced the appointment of Stacey Follon as Vice President, Human Resources. In her new role, Stacey will oversee the company’s people and culture strategy, focusing on leadership development, workforce engagement, and building HR frameworks that support the organization’s mission of enriching the lives of its residents and employees.
Stacey brings over two decades of global experience across human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining Heritage Communities, she held several senior leadership roles at CareDx, Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources and earlier as Vice President of Human Resources. During her tenure, she led transformative HR initiatives that strengthened organizational culture, talent alignment, and performance excellence.
Before CareDx, Stacey worked with Intrado as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, driving strategic HR integration across multiple business acquisitions and enabling seamless cultural and operational transitions. She also had an extensive tenure with S&P Global Platts, where she progressed from Director of Human Resources to Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing global HR functions across the U.S., U.K., and Singapore, and supporting large-scale organizational growth initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Stacey spent eight years at Bloomberg L.P., where she served as Human Resources Manager, leading people strategies and HR operations for diverse business units across multiple regions. Her international experience across Asia, Europe, and North America brings a rich, cross-cultural perspective to her leadership at Heritage Communities.
