Fairfax, Virginia, United States, April 2025 – Stacey McKavish has been named Chief Human Resources Officer at Dewberry, a leading professional services firm with over 2,000 professionals across the United States. In her new role, Stacey will lead the HR strategy and operations, guiding talent acquisition, organizational development, and workforce planning across the enterprise.
Stacey has been with Dewberry for more than 13 years, holding progressively senior roles. Most recently, she served as Associate Vice President, Recruiting and Regional HR Director, overseeing recruiting strategies and regional HR operations. Prior to that, she was Recruiting and Regional HR Director, where she led full lifecycle recruitment and regional HR compliance. Her tenure also includes nearly eight years as Manager of Recruiting, where she built and optimized Dewberry’s engineering and technical hiring capabilities.

Before joining Dewberry, Stacey was a Corporate Recruiter at Telesis, managing end-to-end recruitment for a government contractor. Earlier, she worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Toll Brothers, where she gained valuable experience in employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
