Waco, Texas, United States, November 2024 – Neighborly®, the world’s largest home services company, has announced the appointment of Stacy Lynn Bourgeois as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective December 2. Reporting directly to CEO Mike Davis, Bourgeois will serve as a member of the corporate leadership team, bringing extensive experience in business and brand strategy, customer insight, data analytics, and marketing technology.

Bourgeois’ mixed background in franchising and non-franchised businesses uniquely positions her to support both end-consumers and franchise business owners, aligning with Neighborly’s mission to drive same-store sales growth and deepen customer relationships.
Throughout her career, Bourgeois has spearheaded impactful initiatives, including launching physical and digital products, creating a new restaurant concept at Yum! Brands, and leading Pizza Hut through agency reviews and major creative campaigns. Her achievements also include standing up performance marketing and data science teams, implementing a new marketing technology stack, and driving double-digit growth.
Before joining Neighborly, Bourgeois held roles at Amazon, where she expanded her scope to encompass broader business operations. Notably, as Global Head of Product, Quality & Operations for Amazon Renewed, she enhanced preowned product discoverability and customer experience while managing a multibillion-dollar P&L. She also served as U.S. Head of Musical Instruments, focusing on growth through customer-centric innovations such as offering free lessons with instrument purchases.
