Stockholm County, Sweden, January 2026 — Stephan Stahl has been appointed as Head of Organizational Change Management, Global Division of HR, Human Resources Headquarters at TDK, effective January 2026. In this strategic global role, he will lead enterprise-wide transformation programs, culture evolution, leadership enablement, and large-scale people change initiatives across TDK’s worldwide operations.
Prior to this elevation, Stephan Stahl served as General Manager, Sustainability Promotion Group, Corporate Strategy HQ at TDK, where he led global sustainability strategy, ESG integration and governance frameworks across multiple business units worldwide. He also held senior HR leadership roles including Deputy General Manager – Sustainability Promotion HQ & Head of Business Coaching, Head of Human Growth & Business Coaching, and Head of Engagement & Business Coaching, driving leadership development, coaching culture, engagement transformation and organizational capability building across EMEA and Asia.
Alongside his corporate leadership journey, Stephan is also Co-Owner at Equilize – Sustainable Business Development, supporting organizations with sustainability strategy, ESG reporting and long-term value creation frameworks. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO & Business Coach at Quest-Team Nordic AB and held senior commercial and people leadership positions at Scandic Hotels and Hilton Corporation, including Vice President Sales and Area Director of Sales across Europe and the Nordics, where he led large-scale organizational transformations, sales restructuring, and leadership capability building.
