Lisbon, Portugal, November 2024 – Stéphane BRUSA has been appointed as the Chief People Officer EEMEA & UKI at Inetum, where he will lead human resources initiatives across the regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving organizational transformation. Based in Lisbon, Stéphane will oversee a hybrid team to foster innovation, workforce development, and operational excellence.
Stéphane brings over two decades of experience in HR leadership, organizational development, and transformation initiatives. Most recently, he served as HR Programs Director CTIO at Orange Business, where he led HR programs to support the transformation of Orange Business’s technology and IT entities, focusing on upskilling, organizational change, and diversity across multiple countries, including India, Egypt, Morocco, and France.
Prior to Orange Business, Stéphane held the role of SVP Human Resources for the Europe Cloud Division, where he managed HR teams across five countries, delivering both global and regional initiatives to support the dynamic IT business environment.
His tenure at Globecast spanned nearly 11 years, during which he served as International Human Resources Director & Head of Global Remuneration, driving talent management, organizational transformation, and HR operations across regions such as Asia, Europe, the US, and Africa.
Earlier in his career, Stéphane worked at Hewlett-Packard, Renault, and Danone, holding diverse roles in HR management and operations. His expertise includes performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning, with a proven ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments.
