Rhode Island, United States, December 2025 – Stephanie J. Soto, Esq. has joined CVS Health as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer – Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness, bringing with her a unique blend of legal acumen and human capital leadership. In her new role, Stephanie will focus on enhancing associate experience, nurturing purpose-driven culture, and accelerating people strategies across the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness division.
Prior to joining CVS Health, Stephanie Soto served as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Breakthru Beverage Group, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on building a performance-driven and inclusive culture. She played a key role in aligning HR practices with business growth across the United States and Canada.
Before Breakthru, she spent nearly four years at United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), where she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She also served earlier as National Vice President, HR, contributing to workforce transformation and engagement programs at one of North America’s premier food wholesalers.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie held several strategic and legal roles at Textron Inc., including Executive Vice President of HR at Bell Helicopter and Deputy General Counsel – Labor & Employment. Her progression from legal counsel to the top HR post demonstrates her rare capability to intersect compliance, organizational design, and strategic HR.
Stephanie also gained extensive experience in operational HR through her roles at Ibis Consulting, Engineered Materials Solutions, and PwC, further strengthening her expertise across industries such as aerospace, food, beverage, and professional services.
