Orlando, Florida, United States, November 2025 – Acorn Stairlifts, Inc., a global leader in stairlift innovation and manufacturing, has appointed Stephanie Reh as its new Vice President of Human Resources. In her new role, Stephanie will oversee the company’s global HR strategy, focusing on organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and leadership development. She will play a key role in driving Acorn’s people-first culture and aligning HR strategy with business objectives to support its continued global expansion.
Stephanie brings more than two decades of HR and executive leadership experience spanning the healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Prior to joining Acorn Stairlifts, she served as Director of Human Resources at Durst Image Technology U.S., where she spearheaded people and business growth initiatives across North America and Vanguard Durst Digital Printing Systems. During her tenure, she launched the company’s first AI strategy team, designed and facilitated a Leadership Academy, and implemented a succession planning framework that strengthened the leadership pipeline across key functions. Her efforts significantly enhanced organizational agility and talent development.
Before Durst, Stephanie held a leadership consulting role as an Interim Human Resources Consultant at HR Works, where she revitalized HR functions for multiple clients, optimized systems and processes, and restored credibility to HR departments during leadership transitions.
Earlier in her career, she served in multiple executive capacities at Continual Care Solutions, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Customer Success, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. She was responsible for driving operational excellence, product implementation, compliance, and HR functions—leading transformational improvements in organizational efficiency and customer engagement.
Stephanie’s career also includes a notable tenure at Epilepsy-Pralid, Inc. (Empowering People’s Independence), where she rose to Vice President of Administrative Services & Corporate Compliance. Under her leadership, the organization achieved a 70% revenue increase, major improvements in employee satisfaction, and the successful launch of multiple leadership development initiatives including the Ascending Leaders Program and a new Learning Management System.
She began her HR journey with Bausch + Lomb, where she served in diverse roles including Director of Employee Relations, Manager of Staffing, and Manager of Global Compensation, leading key initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings, improved talent systems, and award-winning acquisition integrations.
In addition to her corporate roles, Stephanie is also the Founder of Accountability Evangelist, where she provides training and consulting services focused on succession planning, leadership development, and personal accountability through online programs and global learning events.
