Broomfield, Colorado, United States, July 2025 – Stephanie Sterling has been promoted to the role of Vice President, Human Resources – Enterprise Shared Services at Crocs, Inc., a global leader in casual footwear. In her new capacity, she partners directly with the Executive Leadership Team to lead HR strategies across critical global functions including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, ESG, Legal, and Strategy. She continues to serve as a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team and reports to the Chief People Officer.

Over the past three years and nine months at Crocs, Inc., Stephanie has served in multiple high-impact leadership roles. Most recently, she completed an international assignment as Interim VP, Human Resources APAC, leading HR across seven markets from the Singapore regional headquarters. Prior to this, as Senior Director, HRBP, she supported the company’s largest commercial region, enabling the rapid retail expansion of HEYDUDE and implementing global workforce planning tools. She was also Director, HRBP for global marketing and merchandising functions, where she drove organizational transformation and boosted engagement by 43%.

Before joining Crocs, Stephanie held leadership roles at Glo Skin Beauty for over five years, where she served as Senior Director of HR & Organizational Development and Director of Human Resources. In these roles, she built foundational HR programs, redesigned compensation structures, and achieved business gains like a 36% increase in revenue per employee during COVID. She also presented her work on candidate experience at national conferences and improved the company’s Glassdoor score significantly.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Orica as International HR Benefits Lead, where she managed total rewards for 8,500+ employees in over 40 countries and helped save the company millions through global benefits transformations. Her previous roles at Aon as Benefits Consultant and Analyst further cemented her capabilities in global HR strategy, data analysis, and client service, earning her multiple accolades including the CEO Ovation Award.
