Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, February 2025 – Ecora Engineering & Environmental Ltd. has announced the appointment of Stephanie Veronica Marsh as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In this role, she will lead the company’s human capital strategy, driving talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning to support Ecora’s growing operations.
Marsh has been an integral part of Ecora Engineering & Environmental Ltd. for over two years, most recently serving as Director of People. She has played a key role in strengthening HR policies, leadership development, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Before stepping into the Chief People Officer role, Stephanie Veronica Marsh served as Director of People at Ecora, where she developed workforce planning strategies, enhanced talent management processes, and fostered an inclusive work environment. Earlier, she held the position of People Lead, further strengthening HR operations and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Ecora, Marsh was a Human Resources Generalist at Frind Estate Winery, where she managed recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives. She also served as HR Coordinator and HR Assistant at the same organization, refining internal HR processes and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Before her career in human resources, Marsh successfully ran her own business for over two years, leveraging her expertise in leadership, management, and employee relations. She also gained experience as a Club Manager at Anytime Fitness and as an Office Administrator at Renegade Petroleum, developing essential operational and administrative skills.
Her early career included a role as a Customer Service Representative at HSBC, where she gained foundational experience in customer engagement and process efficiency.
