Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States, March 2025 – Lift, Inc. has appointed Steve Katch as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in human resources strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement across logistics, manufacturing, and education sectors.
Before joining Lift, Inc., Steve served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at The Wolf Organization, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the workforce by over 600 employees, leading recruitment efforts across 35 states, and managing large-scale workforce planning initiatives. He was also instrumental in mergers & acquisitions, benefits negotiations, and implementing workforce development programs, including a warehouse-to-CDL driver transition initiative.
Earlier in his career, Steve held leadership positions at Boyertown Area School District, where he managed HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and compliance functions. He also spent over a decade at UPS, where he spearheaded strategic HR planning, workforce safety programs, and operational risk management for a workforce of 14,000+ employees across multiple locations. Notably, his contributions to safety initiatives earned him recognition by the National Safety Council as a Top 40 Under 40 in the world.
Steve holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Master’s degree in Health/Healthcare Administration from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health. His extensive expertise in HR leadership, employee relations, and compliance will be key in advancing Lift, Inc.’s people strategy and organizational growth.
