Copenhagen, Denmark, August 2025 – Stine Ludvigsen has been appointed as the Head of People & Culture at 21st.BIO, a biotechnology leader transforming industrial-scale precision fermentation. In this role, Stine will lead the organization’s people strategy, strengthen talent development, and foster a culture of innovation as 21st.BIO continues to scale its global operations and R&D initiatives across Europe and the United States.
Before joining 21st.BIO, Stine served as People Lead at Reshape Biotech, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy during a high-growth period. She was responsible for building people processes that supported team scaling, employee experience, and culture development across hybrid teams.
Prior to that, she worked at Wolt as Regional HR Lead for the Nordics and Scandinavia, where she led a team of HR Business Partners and HR Specialists across multiple countries, including Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. She was instrumental in providing HR leadership for approximately 25% of Wolt’s global workforce, driving strategic initiatives and regional HR alignment.
Stine also held a senior HR leadership role at A.P. Moller – Maersk, where she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Her role involved designing and implementing people strategies to support digital transformation and organizational capability for Maersk’s technology platform. She brought a strong focus on organizational design, leadership, and workforce enablement.
She previously spent over three years at Monstarlab, where she held progressive roles including Global Senior Vice President of People & Culture, Chief People Officer, and VP of People & Culture. During this time, she led global HR and people transformation efforts, drove M&A integration, developed leadership programs, and aligned people strategy with rapid business expansion.
Earlier in her career, Stine served as VP and Director of People & Culture at Falcon.io, where she was a key member of the executive leadership team. Her achievements included designing Falcon’s global people strategy, leading recruitment and retention, driving employer branding, and overseeing HR functions across six international offices. She also held foundational roles as HR Business Partner at Devoteam and HR Coordinator at Lundbeck, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations, performance management, and change support.
