London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Stuart Blayney has been appointed as the new Head of Talent Acquisition & Development at Venterra Group, a fast-growing leader in wind power services that is building a best-in-class platform to drive the global energy transition. In this role, Stuart will lead talent strategy across the group, focusing on building scalable development programs, attracting top-tier talent, and supporting the integration of Venterra’s expanding portfolio of companies.
Prior to joining Venterra Group, Stuart Blayney served for over two years as Lead People Partner at Neptune Energy, where he supported strategic people initiatives and led HR interventions aligned with long-term business objectives in the energy sector.
Earlier, he was Director at SDIB LTD for over eight years, working with a range of organizations in interim HR leadership roles across industries. He provided strategic direction and transformation support to clients including GoFibre, LifeArc, Placefirst, and CityFibre, playing critical roles in building talent functions, scaling start-up ventures, and aligning people strategies with business growth.
His earlier stints include significant interim HR leadership roles at Bupa, The Electoral Commission, Affinity Trust, Dentsu Aegis Network, Discovery Inc., and National Express, contributing to transformational change, HR strategy formulation, and organizational development.
Earlier in his career, Stuart held full-time HR leadership roles with Johnson & Johnson, Accenture, and Cable & Wireless, where he gained deep experience in business consulting, HRIS, organizational design, and people operations across telecom, healthcare, and media sectors.
