Delhi, India, November 2024 – Subhankar Ghose has joined Revfin as the Head – HR. In this role, Subhankar will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion to support Revfin’s mission of making financial inclusion accessible through sustainable lending solutions.
Subhankar brings over two decades of HR leadership experience to Revfin. Prior to this, he served as Vice President & Head – Sales HR at Spice Money, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s HR processes, driving employee engagement, and supporting its growth initiatives.
He also held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd. and ROI Net Solution, where he was instrumental in establishing HR strategies that aligned with organizational goals. During his tenure as Chief People Officer at Zoom Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Subhankar focused on fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
His prior roles at ABP News Network, Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited further enriched his expertise in HR operations, employee development, and strategic planning.
