Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2026 – Suchi Chauhan has been promoted to Associate Director – HR at Eli Lilly and Company, India, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey.
Suchi has been with Eli Lilly and Company for nearly two years, most recently serving as Senior Manager – HR, where she led strategic HR initiatives and key projects supporting the organization’s India operations. In her new role, she will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping people strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, and strengthening HR capabilities within the business.
Prior to joining Eli Lilly, Suchi worked at Dell Technologies as Senior Analyst – Talent Acquisition, where she was responsible for workforce planning for critical business units and partnered closely with leadership, including the CTO’s office, to drive hiring strategies. She also led diversity sourcing and engagement initiatives aligned with the company’s workforce diversity goals.
Earlier, she spent over five years with Tata Consultancy Services, where she served as Lead – Workforce & Talent Management, Human Resources. In this role, she managed large-scale workforce planning, led a team of HR professionals across multiple business units, and drove high workforce utilization and engagement initiatives, contributing directly to business performance.
Suchi holds a Master of Business Administration (PGPX) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, further strengthening her strategic HR and leadership capabilities.
