Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area, United States, March 2025 – Ron Ateshian has taken on the role of Vice President, Global Learning Solutions at PulseLearning Global, a leading provider of custom learning solutions and digital training technologies. In his new role, Ron will spearhead global strategy, innovation, and execution of learning programs for PulseLearning’s international clientele across industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, and government.
Before his appointment, Ron served as Chief Learning & AI Strategist at Pyra-Tech Learning, where he led enterprise learning transformations, deployed AI-powered L&D tools, and provided fractional leadership services to top clients, including PulseLearning, ESource, and SweetRush. His work was instrumental in implementing generative AI and chatbot solutions to augment the lifecycle of eLearning development.

Previously, Ron was the Director of Curriculum & Certification at IQVIA, the world’s largest provider of life sciences data and commercial CRM. He led a global team in redesigning the training lifecycle, tripled content output on a flat budget, and transformed the organization’s training business from a cost center into a multi-million dollar revenue generator.
Ron’s earlier leadership positions include roles as CEO & Chief Learning Strategist at Fireson Consulting, Sr. Principal Learning Strategist at Riverbed Technology, and Principal and Senior Manager at Red Hat, where he launched innovative programs in digital performance education and learning technology integration. His impact has spanned product strategy, agile learning methodologies, and AI applications in L&D.
