New York City, New York, United States, December 2024 – Sudarshan Satyam has taken on the role of Head of Americas – Alliances & Strategic Partnerships at Tata Communications (America) Inc. In his new position, Sudarshan will lead initiatives to strengthen strategic alliances and drive growth across the Americas, ensuring impactful customer relationships and business development goals are achieved.
Sudarshan has been with Tata Communications for over two decades, contributing significantly across various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Business Head Americas – Global Strategic Accounts, where he successfully managed key enterprise accounts. Before this, he held the role of Regional Head for Tata Communications America Inc., overseeing operations and market expansion strategies across the region.
Prior to his tenure in the Americas, Sudarshan was based in India, where he served as Associate Vice President and Regional Head for South India. In this capacity, he led cross-functional teams, implemented aggressive sales strategies, and facilitated market development. His earlier roles at Tata Communications include General Manager and Deputy General Manager, where he focused on building enterprise customer relationships and spearheading business transformation initiatives.
Before joining Tata Communications, Sudarshan worked as a Key Account Manager with American Express and held positions in sales and client management with Tata Cellular Limited.
