Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, January 2025 — Sudhir Sharma has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Group HR at Adani Group. In his new role, he will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the group, focusing on attracting top-tier talent, optimizing recruitment processes, and supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion.
Prior to joining Adani Group, Sudhir Sharma served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Kotak Mahindra Bank for approximately 5 years, where he managed the end-to-end recruitment process, leading the onboarding of over 26,000 FTEs and 12,000 FOS. He was instrumental in implementing Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) and successfully introduced internal job platforms for senior-level movements, reducing hiring costs and driving the diversity agenda.

Before Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sudhir held the position of Regional Director of Recruitment Operations at Randstad Sourceright, where he oversaw APAC’s largest revenue-generating enterprise RPO, delivering strategic manpower planning and talent mapping services.
Earlier in his career, he was Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, leading premier B-school hiring, optimizing recruitment strategies, and reducing hiring timelines for niche skills. His impactful tenure also included leadership roles at Credit Suisse as Head of Talent Acquisition, where he led a successful RPO transition, and at Deutsche Bank, where he partnered in strategic campus hiring across major Indian institutes.
