Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Sukanya Dwivedy has been appointed as Director – Human Resources at UNext Learning, a full-stack online learning platform committed to making higher education more accessible and impactful. In her new role, Sukanya will lead the people agenda for the organization, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with UNext’s goal of enabling lifelong learning for professionals and learners across India and beyond.
Before joining UNext Learning, Sukanya Dwivedy was associated with Honeywell for over three years as HR Manager, where she led the HR Business Partnering team for the Building Automation vertical at Honeywell Technology Solutions. Her impactful leadership earned her the “Honeywell Futureshaper of the Year” award for best people practices in HTS.
Prior to Honeywell, she worked at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited for nearly three years in key roles such as Associate Director – HR and Senior Manager – HR Strategy & D&I Lead. As Site Leader for Karnataka and the D&I Lead, she managed end-to-end HR strategy for business transformation. Under her leadership, Zee bagged notable accolades including 1st runner-up for Excellence in Learning & Development at the Business World HR Excellence Awards and Best Use of Gamification Technology at the Future of Work Summit.
Earlier, she spent over five years at Reliance Industries Limited, where she served as Senior Manager – HRBP for corporate functions including the Chairman’s office, Corporate Communications, Medical Services, and more. Her extensive role included partnering with high-impact teams across strategic domains.
Sukanya’s HR journey began with Capgemini, where she served as a Senior Consultant, managing recruitment for SAP positions and leading initiatives across induction, onboarding, employee engagement, talent management, and performance of management trainees. She also gained early experience at Religare as a Management Trainee Intern, where she successfully created training policies and secured a pre-placement offer. Her career foundation was built at Reliance Retail, where she was involved in technical designing and product development.
