In this new role, Sukh will lead enterprise-wide leadership development and talent strategies, driving future-ready capabilities across the bank’s global footprint.
Over the past three years, Sukh served as Director, Executive Leadership Development, where she played a pivotal role in shaping high-impact leadership programs, enhancing succession strategies, and building a future-forward leadership pipeline. Her work ensured that senior executives were equipped to thrive amid disruption and guide Scotiabank into a dynamic digital future.
Before that, she served as Director, Global Employee Voice, where she led enterprise-wide engagement efforts, leveraging feedback analytics and behavioral insights to strengthen the employee experience. She also served as Director, Performance Enablement, where she implemented performance frameworks that drove employee development and organizational alignment.
Earlier in her career, Sukh held roles including Senior Manager, Global Recruitment Strategies, Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle, and various other HR leadership positions. Across these roles, she led critical initiatives in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and succession planning, helping position Scotiabank as a talent-first employer across global markets.
