In his new role, Sukhpreet Singh will lead Vetic’s people and culture agenda, driving HR transformation, workforce scaling, leadership capability building, and culture architecture to support Vetic’s mission of creating a best-in-class pet healthcare ecosystem. Recognized as a culture architect with over 15 years of HR leadership experience, he brings a rare blend of strategic consulting depth and high-growth startup execution capability.

Prior to joining Vetic, Sukhpreet most recently served as Director – Human Resources at Apna Mart, where he played a critical role in strengthening people infrastructure during a rapid scale-up phase. Earlier, he led HR transformation journeys as Head of Human Resources at Credgenics and Head of Human Resources at mPokket, building HR teams, policies, and organizational systems from the ground up in fast-growing fintech and consumer tech environments.

Before moving into startup leadership roles, he spent close to two years at Lenskart as GM – HRBP & Talent Acquisition, where he led HR for a 2,000+ employee retail organization across more than 600 stores, overseeing the full employee lifecycle, talent development, culture building, and workforce engagement.

His earlier consulting and enterprise HR leadership experience includes Senior Manager – Talent & Leadership Development at Concentrix, where he designed pan-India talent charters, competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs for over 4,500 employees. Prior to that, he spent nearly three years at Aon Hewitt managing the Talent & Performance Consulting practice for North India, delivering leadership assessments, succession planning, and high-potential development programs for leading organizations. He began his HR consulting career with VitalSmarts (BYLD Group), advising enterprises on leadership capability building, talent development journeys, and change management initiatives.

Sukhpreet is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, where he completed his PGCHRM in Human Resource Management, and holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from the Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management.
