Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, August 2024 – Sulaiman Alrafaa has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources & Admin Affairs at Al-Hilal Saudi Club. In his new role, Sulaiman will lead the HR and administrative functions, overseeing all related activities to ensure the smooth operation and strategic alignment of the club’s human resources with its broader goals.
Sulaiman has been with Al-Hilal Saudi Club since April 2024, where he initially served as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Al-Hilal, he spent nearly four years at HungerStation, where he progressed from People Operations Senior Specialist to People Operations Assistant Manager. At HungerStation, he was instrumental in strategic HR planning and policy development, playing a crucial role in the company’s growth.
Before HungerStation, Sulaiman worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Holool Aloula (NCBS National Company for Business Solutions), where he was responsible for recruiting top talent to meet the company’s needs. His early career also includes roles as a Recruitment Specialist at Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) and a Human Resources Trainee at King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz University Hospital, where he gained valuable experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Earlier in his career, Sulaiman held supervisory roles in administrative and customer service positions at SolexPLUS and Smartlink, LLC. His diverse background also includes entrepreneurship, having managed a private business for over two years.
