Dallas, Texas, United States – October 2024 – Sunny Collier has joined GlobalLogic as the new Global Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Sunny will focus on connecting top executives with GlobalLogic’s innovative platform, driving growth, fostering career advancements, and enhancing client satisfaction on a global scale.
Before joining GlobalLogic, Sunny was the Global Director of Executive Recruiting & Talent Acquisition at Cognizant for nearly 8 years, where she led global executive recruitment and talent assessment efforts from Director to EVP levels. Her tenure at Cognizant saw her actively contributing to the company’s revenue growth by winning top talent across global markets and improving talent acquisition strategies.
Prior to Cognizant, Sunny served as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Korn Ferry for 3 years, where she specialized in executive recruiting for CTO, CIO, and C-level roles in various industries, including technology, financial services, and professional services. Her work included building strong relationships and implementing digital sourcing strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
Earlier in her career, Sunny was the Chief Recruiting Officer at OTR Partners, LLC for nearly 2 years, focusing on executive recruitment and human capital strategy consulting for clients in financial services, energy, and healthcare sectors.
Sunny also held key roles at TD Ameritrade, where she served as Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances & Vendor Relationships, driving IT and security negotiations. Additionally, she was the Chief of Staff to the CISO, supporting strategic IT security initiatives across the organization.
