Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2025 – Suresh JV has joined OSBIndia Private Limited as Head – Talent Acquisition for India, bringing with him over two decades of deep experience in leading talent acquisition, employer branding, and strategic hiring initiatives across top technology and financial services organizations.
Prior to this appointment, Suresh JV was with Genesys for over two years, where he led India’s talent acquisition strategy and championed key initiatives around employer branding, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and social impact. His leadership significantly contributed to strengthening the talent pipeline and aligning hiring with business outcomes.
Before Genesys, Suresh worked with Wipro as the Recruitment Head for the Oracle Practice and Leadership Hiring across India. In this role, he was responsible for end-to-end hiring for high-impact leadership and domain roles, enabling Wipro’s strategic practice growth across multiple verticals.
His earlier experience includes a five-year stint at Randstad, where he held dual responsibilities as Operations Director and Business Head – IT Practice. He managed large teams and oversaw professional hiring across several Indian cities for high-value FinTech clients, along with P&L accountability and client delivery.
Suresh’s career spans multiple leadership roles in firms like Elysium Consulting, Wanhan Consultants, Societe Generale, and RR Donnelley, where he led executive hiring, client delivery, team leadership, and operations across technology and banking domains. He holds an Executive Development Certification in Organizational Leadership from IIM Bangalore and a PGDBA in HRM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
