Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, August 2024 – Suzanne Howe has taken on the role of Head of People & Services at INTELLIGEN. In her new position, Suzanne will focus on aligning talent and operational excellence to drive business success, helping the company humanize data and unlock new forms of competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving data ecosystem.
Before joining INTELLIGEN, Suzanne served as the Senior Business Development Manager at Servian for approximately 1 year and 5 months. In this role, she was responsible for driving business growth and developing strategies to enhance Servian’s market presence in the data and analytics space.
Prior to that, she worked at Charterhouse Partnership in Melbourne, where she held the position of Senior Consultant for over 3 years. Suzanne specialized in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Data Analytics sector, providing consultancy and recruitment services that aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
Suzanne also gained valuable experience as a Talent Consultant & Researcher at Forbes Project Solutions in London for about 1 year and 4 months. During her tenure, she was involved in recruitment and business strategy, particularly within the FinTech and Payments space.
Earlier in her career, Suzanne served as a Graduate Talent Consultant at Ten10 Group in London for over 2 years. She was instrumental in managing the Graduate Academy, coordinating recruitment, and ensuring the delivery of professional consultants to meet client needs.
