London Area, United Kingdom, November 2025 — Suzanne Scott has started a new position as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Allianz UK, where she will lead the design and delivery of the organization’s People Strategy to power business growth and elevate a unified One Allianz employee experience. Her appointment strengthens Allianz’s commitment to building an inclusive, future-ready and globally aligned workforce.
Suzanne Scott joins Allianz UK after serving as the Chief People and Corporate Responsibility Officer at AXA UK for nearly four years. During this period, she led the People, CR and Communications function, played a central role across the Management Committee and multiple board committees, and contributed to the Global HR Leadership Team. Her work at AXA shaped organizational capability and strengthened the company’s people agenda across the UK market.
Before this, she served as Human Resources Director at AXA Health, where she spent close to two years driving people strategy and organizational alignment across the health business. She also spent more than six years as HRD at AXA PPP, where she guided the company through a major wellness and prevention transformation, leveraging digital innovation and data for stronger employee experience and customer outcomes.
Earlier, Scott held a pivotal leadership role as HR Director at AXA Wealth for nearly eight years, where she was responsible for culture building, capability development and leading the people elements of a complex business sale and disposal. As a member of the Executive Team, she played an integral role in driving efficiency agendas and shaping the long-term people strategy of the division.
Prior to her long tenure at AXA, she worked for over seven years at Royal Bank of Scotland, holding senior roles including Head of HR for the commercial bank division, Head of Human Resources for global operations, and Head of Business Partnering supporting retail operations and global payments. In these roles, she led people propositions, leadership development, cultural transformation, location strategy and large-scale change programmes across global teams.
In the foundational years of her career, Scott spent almost ten years at Aviva plc, where she served as Head of HR and earlier as HR Business Partner. Her work spanned L&D, internal communications, culture strategy, organizational alignment and Lean-driven transformation initiatives. These early experiences formed the bedrock of her leadership capabilities and deep expertise in strategic HR management.
