Irvine, California, United States, June 2025 – Suzi Flores has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources – Americas at Balt, a leading global neurovascular and peripheral vascular medical technology company. In her expanded role, Suzi will lead HR across North and South America, driving transformation initiatives in organizational design, talent strategy, culture, and leadership development to support Balt’s accelerated growth across the Americas.
Over the past nearly five years at Balt, Suzi Flores has taken on progressively senior roles, beginning as Sr. Director, Human Resources USA, and later advancing to VP, Human Resources US. During this tenure, she built deep trust with leadership teams, spearheaded culture change programs, and implemented frameworks for succession planning and leadership capability building. Suzi also led the mentoring and development of HRBPs across the Americas and served as a critical bridge between global HR and local business needs.
Prior to joining Balt, Suzi spent almost eight years at OleumTech Corporation, where she began as Human Resources Manager and was later elevated to Director of Human Resources. At OleumTech, she provided hands-on HR leadership across multiple states, oversaw payroll, benefits, employee relations, and safety compliance, and played a pivotal role in aligning HR policies with business strategy, especially during critical transitions such as reductions in force.
Before that, Suzi served for over two years as Human Resources Manager at Ignite Health, where she partnered closely with executive teams on talent assessments, performance management, organizational design, and succession planning. She also led major HR initiatives such as the implementation of company-wide talent development plans and compliance programs.
Suzi’s early career includes impactful roles at FCB Global, Motive Eyewear, and other organizations where she managed HR operations, payroll, and labor compliance across multiple states. Her foundation in HR was built through a progressive journey of roles, developing a deep understanding of employee engagement, compensation strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
