Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, January 2025 – Swapnil Jain has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at 47Billion, a leading product engineering and IT services company. In his new capacity, Jain will focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and leadership development, ensuring the company’s continued innovation and market leadership in data analytics, product development, and user experience design.
Before joining 47Billion, Swapnil Jain served as Director of Human Resources at RWS Group for approximately 4 years, where he was instrumental in shaping HR strategies and talent management frameworks. Prior to this, he spent over 12 years at Webdunia, holding multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President – Human Resources and General Manager – Human Resources, where he drove talent development and operational improvements.

Earlier in his career, Jain founded and managed Kalpataru Infotech & Education, leading the company for over 13 years, focusing on business growth and educational advancements. His diverse background in HR leadership, strategic operations, and entrepreneurship equips him well for his new responsibilities at 47Billion.
Swapnil Jain holds an Executive Program in Human Resource Management (EPHRM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
