Takeshi Sano has been with dentsu Japan for over 32 years, most recently serving as the CEO of dentsu Japan, where he played a pivotal role in leading business transformation and driving operational excellence across the Japanese market.

Prior to his CEO role, Sano held key leadership positions including Managing Executive Officer and Head of Business Produce, Senior Executive Officer, and Executive Officer, overseeing major operational strategies and transformation initiatives within the company. His extensive leadership experience also includes roles such as Managing Director, Business Producers Division and Managing Director, Account Management Division, where he was responsible for driving business performance and client success strategies.
