Swati Dash has been named the Head of HR for the Global Digital Technology Centre at McCain Foods India. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Dash is set to drive strategic HR initiatives in support of McCain’s significant digital transformation efforts.
Prior to joining McCain Foods, Dash held a pivotal role as Director of Human Resources at HCL Technologies from October 2007 to March 2024. During her extensive tenure, she played a critical role in shaping the HR landscape across various technology-driven initiatives, which positioned HCL as a leader in the tech services industry in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
From 2004 to 2007, Dash served as a Human Resources Manager at Xansa India Limited (a Steria Company), where she implemented innovative HR strategies that significantly enhanced employee management and operational efficiency. Her earlier career also includes a position as a Human Resources Executive at Schefenacker from 2002 to 2004, where she developed foundational skills in HR management within a dynamic business environment.
Dash’s career is distinguished by her expertise in strategic HR management, which she will continue to leverage at McCain Foods to enhance their technological and data-driven capabilities.
