Gurgaon, Haryana, India, September 2024 – Swati Mor has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Ecom Express Limited. In this role, Mor will lead HR initiatives to drive organizational growth and enhance employee engagement.
Mor most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for Airtel Digital, Product and Engineering at Bharti Airtel. During her nearly three-year tenure, she partnered with a large tech organization to establish a high-performance culture and drive agile work practices.
Before this, Mor was Vice President and Head HR – Networks at Bharti Airtel, overseeing HR functions for a significant workforce across 18 telecom circles. Her tenure of about two and a half years included leading key strategic programs and organization redesign efforts.
Mor also held roles as Head HR – Sales and Head HR – Delhi Circle at Bharti Airtel, where she worked for over two years. She managed HR operations for the sales division and the Delhi Circle, driving various HR strategies and initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Mor was Chief of Staff – CHRO and Head Campus at Bharti Airtel. Her role involved supporting the CHRO and overseeing campus recruitment for approximately two years and four months.
Mor’s experience includes being Senior Manager – Talent Management at HT Media Ltd, where she focused on talent development and organizational growth for nearly two years.
