Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, December 2025 – Symphony Limited has appointed Swati Nigam as General Manager (Lead) – Human Resources, based at the company’s corporate office in Ahmedabad. In this key leadership role, she will oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions and will be responsible for aligning the HR strategy with business objectives, enhancing employee experience, driving capability-building initiatives, and ensuring robust HR governance across all levels of the organization.
Prior to joining Symphony, Swati Nigam served for over three years at Gokul Agro Resources Ltd. as Senior Manager – Corporate HR, where she played a pivotal role in managing performance indicators, payroll systems, and broader organizational HR strategies.
Before this, she was associated with Harsha Engineers International Limited for more than four years, where she held the position of Plant HR at the Moraiya Unit. Her responsibilities included designing and implementing Talent Management Frameworks, spearheading performance management and executive assessments, and leading initiatives in learning & development and policy formulation.
Swati spent nearly a decade at Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd as Deputy Manager – HR, where she led several strategic HR portfolios, including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, SAP-HR implementation, and campus hiring strategies.
She began her professional journey with Ma Foi Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd as an HR professional, gaining early exposure to core HR practices and consulting environments.
