This appointment marks a significant milestone in Jaiswal’s illustrious career in human resources and operations management, leveraging over a decade of industry experience.
Jaiswal’s journey at Boodmo began three years ago, where he first shaped the HR landscape as the Human Resources Manager. Over time, he advanced to Senior Human Resources Manager and later, Head of Human Resources and Corporate Legal. In these roles, he championed comprehensive HR initiatives, from policy formation to talent management, significantly enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Boodmo, Jaiswal held the position of Human Resources Manager at Skyra Professional Tableware in Delhi, where his strategic vision over a span of 15 months encompassed talent acquisition, labor law compliance, and performance management. His tenure at Essem Udyog Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata further solidified his expertise in HR policy implementation and labor relations from November 2016 to March 2019.
Earlier, at Mini Iron & Alloys Pvt. Ltd., Jaiswal was pivotal in managing end-to-end recruitment and statutory compliance, contributing significantly over four and a half years to the firm’s HR operations.
Starting his career as an HR Executive, Jaiswal quickly demonstrated his capability in handling comprehensive recruitment processes, payroll processing, and grievance management, setting the foundation for his progressive roles in the field.
