Hartford, Connecticut, United States, March 2025 – RTX has announced the appointment of Sylvia Fuller as Senior Director, People Services – US. In her new role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, workforce optimization, and people services integration across RTX’s U.S. operations, supporting the company’s continued growth in the aerospace and defense sector.
Sylvia brings over 14 years of HR leadership experience from Collins Aerospace, a division of RTX. Most recently, she served as Director, HR Strategy & Effectiveness, where she drove HR transformation initiatives and organizational efficiencies. Prior to that, she held several leadership positions, including Director, People Services Integrator, Director of Human Resources, and Associate Director of HR, where she played a critical role in talent management, HR operations, and strategic workforce planning.
Before joining Collins Aerospace, Sylvia worked at Saint Francis Care as a Compensation Analyst and Staffing Associate, where she developed expertise in compensation structures and talent acquisition. Her diverse HR experience across corporate functions, engineering, and aftermarket services makes her well-equipped to lead RTX’s People Services strategy.
